1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and b339 ("b339", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the b339 online betting and live casino platform available at https://b339.cam and all associated mobile interfaces, services and content (collectively, the "Platform").

b339 is an international online betting and live casino operator. The Platform offers sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC — alongside a live casino suite comprising slots, live dealer tables and instant-play games. All Platform content is presented in English with PKR-native balance display for the convenience of Pakistani users.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and use a b339 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a commercial entity for the purpose of systematic profit extraction.
• You are not a resident of, or physically present in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law and where b339 does not accept registrations.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any associated network program.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by b339 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or close associate of b339 or of any of its technology, software or game-supply partners, except where prior written consent has been granted.

b339 does not accept registrations from users in jurisdictions where the Platform's services are prohibited. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are responsible for confirming that their participation complies with all applicable Pakistani national and provincial laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. b339 makes no representation as to the lawfulness of access from any particular jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

You may register one Account per person. Registration requires accurate provision of your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and any other details requested during the registration flow. You must not provide false, incomplete or misleading information at any stage.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. b339 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately via Live Chat or email.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

b339 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a bank statement or a screenshot of the relevant mobile wallet account)
• Source of funds documentation where required by applicable regulations

Withdrawal requests will not be processed from Accounts that have not completed the applicable KYC verification steps. b339 may impose temporary deposit or betting restrictions on unverified Accounts at its discretion.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of placing bets and playing casino games for your own personal recreation, subject to these Terms.

5.2 Platform Access

b339 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: scrape, copy or republish Platform content; use automated tools to access or interact with the Platform; reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Platform software; or use the Platform for any commercial purpose.

5.3 User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false identity or payment information at any stage
• Use the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law
• Engage in any form of money laundering or attempt to use the Platform to conceal the origins of funds
• Harass, threaten or abuse b339 support staff or other users
• Attempt to exploit technical errors, game glitches or odds display malfunctions
• Share Account access credentials with any third party

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. b339 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Deposits are credited in PKR or converted at the applicable rate where the payment method processes in a different currency.

Payment methods listed on the b339 website — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options — are provided as familiar references for Pakistani users. Availability of any specific payment method must be confirmed in the cashier at the time of deposit. b339 does not guarantee the continued availability of any payment method, and none of the referenced providers endorse or partner with b339 in any capacity.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to full Account verification (KYC completion). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. b339 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing windows vary by payment method; indicative timelines are provided in the cashier but are not guaranteed.

6.3 Currency

Account balances are displayed in PKR for the convenience of Pakistani users. Where an underlying transaction is processed in a different currency, conversion is applied at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. b339 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for fluctuations in currency value between deposit and withdrawal.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on b339 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general principles apply to all promotional activity on the Platform:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20×) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20× requirement requires PKR 20,000 in eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live sports bets, slots and table games may carry different contribution percentages, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per Account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: b339 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void bonus-derived winnings and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk hedging across bonus accounts — is identified.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and binding once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets displayed as "pending" in a system queue are not confirmed. b339 reserves the right to reject any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event after the outcome is known or where a system error has generated incorrect odds.

8.2 Odds

All odds are presented in decimal format and include the return of the original stake. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. b339 is not liable for odds displayed due to data feed errors; affected bets may be voided at the Company's discretion.

8.3 Live Betting

In-play betting markets are offered on selected events including Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments and international football. Live market odds update in real time. A brief delay may exist between the live action and the Platform's display; b339 reserves the right to void live bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined.

8.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned where: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the void threshold is reached; a manifest error in odds is identified; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned).

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b339 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and withholding of funds pending investigation:

• Arbitrage betting designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, including cross-platform hedging of bonuses
• Use of bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools or any automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Collusion between two or more users to manipulate market outcomes or systematically extract bonuses
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or network latency to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering, fraud or any attempt to use the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether under one's own name or through third parties
• Misrepresenting identity, age or jurisdiction during registration or KYC
• Attempting to charge back deposits after bets have been placed with those funds

Where prohibited conduct is identified, b339 reserves the right to withhold funds pending a full investigation in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations and may refer the matter to relevant law-enforcement authorities.

10 Responsible Gambling

b339 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform incorporates the following tools, all accessible from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss permitted over a defined time period.

• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block access to your Account for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is a firm restriction and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

11 Intellectual Property

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, uploaded, transmitted or otherwise exploited without the prior written permission of b339.

The names and logos of third-party payment services referenced on the Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used solely as familiar references for Pakistani users. Their appearance on this Platform does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b339 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of betting opportunity due to Platform downtime, maintenance or technical error
• Losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate odds arising from a data feed error
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you failed to maintain adequate security measures
• Losses arising from changes in currency exchange rates between deposit and withdrawal
• Any legal consequences arising from your accessing or using the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is restricted

Where b339 is found liable for direct damages, its total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by b339

b339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to void associated bets and withhold pending withdrawals, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached by the Account holder
• False information was provided during registration or KYC
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct has been engaged in
• Applicable law requires cessation of services to the Account holder

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, verified real-money funds (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the Account holder after completion of any applicable investigation, unless required to be withheld by law.

13.2 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Pending bets will be settled normally. Withdrawable balances will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements. If you are closing your Account due to problem gambling, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simple Account closure, as self-exclusion provides stronger protections.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b339 is incorporated and licensed to operate. The applicable jurisdiction is specified in the Company's licensing documentation.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users acknowledge that no Pakistani government authority has licensed, authorised or approved b339's services and that participation is undertaken at the user's own legal and financial risk.

15 Amendments to These Terms

b339 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, notice will be provided to registered Account holders via the email address associated with their Account or via a Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2 above. The current version of these Terms, with the "Last updated" date shown on this page, supersedes all prior versions.
